First, get to a soft surface,
next put your feet hip distance apart. Now, if you need it, get someone to spot
you (which means to hold your back as you bend backwards). So, now bend back
slowly until your hands fully hit the ground. Next, find your balance, and get
your stronger leg (the one you normally
use to kick a soccer ball) and slowly kick one leg over at a time until
you’re standing again. Just know it may take you a few tries but don’t get
frustrated if you don’t get it the first time.
