My Drums

Have you ever wondered why practicing drums is important? There are three reasons why you have to practice drums. They are: practicing drums will make you smarter at playing them, if you don’t practice you won’t be able to play, and if you practice you can show people how much better you are getting.

Practicing drums makes me better.  Practicing helps me get better because I learn which drums to hit.  When I practice playing the drums it gets easier for me. Drums will get too hard if I don’t practice.  I don’t want playing drums to be too hard for me.  Practicing drums is sometimes easy and sometimes it is hard, but I know that when I practice I get smarter at drums. I feel good at playing the drums. I feel good when I practice something hard because once I practice it becomes easy.

If I don’t practice I won’t be able to play the drums. I wouldn’t feel happy If I couldn’t play the drums. I wouldn’t feel happy if I couldn’t play the drums because I’m really smart. My teacher wants me to show Mom and Dad how I’m great at drums. If I don’t practice I will hurt my teacher’s feelings and I don’t want to hurt his feelings.

I’m  really smart and my teacher wants me to show Mommy and Daddy how I’m great at drums. If I don’t practice it will hurt my drum teacher’s feelings. Practicing  make me better.  It will get too hard if I don’t practice because I won’t know how to play the drums.  I won’t feel happy if I don’t know how to play the drums. I will feel sad if I can’t play drums. I really like playing the drums.

A Good Friend

Sometimes in life you need a good friend like Hannah. A good friend like Hannah makes you feel good.  That is why I think everyone should have a friend like Hannah.

I think everybody should have a friend like Hannah because we do fun things together. For example one time we had a sleepover and we stayed up really late. We made slime and it melted and got all over the floor and the table and Hannah’s  dog almost ate it! We also went out for ice cream at the  Freezing Moo  and they have the ice cream where  you roll it and when Hannah’s was about to eat it and she dropped her spoon. Having fun with a friend is awesome because you you can make fun memories. And you can try new things with your friends.

     I think everyone should have a friend like Hannah because she makes me happy. For example one time we  were playing basketball with Luke  and we put snow on the ball. And when we threw it up it was like it was snowing. Another time we were playing with putty at indoor recess. And putty got stuck in Hannah’s hair. We  could not stop laughing.   

 I think everyone should have a friend like Hannah because she is funny. For example one time we were at the small gym and we were throwing balls  and Hannah threw one and it hit Mrs. Nichols and it was so funny. When Hannah makes me laugh it makes me feel good.

In conclusion, I think everyone  should have a friend like Hannah. I hope that everyone has a friend like Hannah. Everyone should have a friend like Hannah because she makes me happy when I am with her.

Snowboarding

“Should I really go on that terrifying chairlift?” said Ally. 

“Yeah you should. I don't see you why you can't. Well, I mean, my first time going on the chairlift I was so nervous but I believe that you can do it, ”said Michelle.

Ally was with her cousins, Brady and Michelle, on Mount Snow in Vermont. It was in the afternoon and the sun was going down. It was snowing and Ally thought she had frostbite.

“Come on guys,”said Brady, “ We are next in line.”All of a sudden Ally started to panic her teeth started chattering and she started second-guessing herself as she got on to the yellow line. “You’re okay the chair is coming so get ready!” said Michelle.

 “Here it comes!” said Brady.

“Woooooaaaahh!” they all yelled.

Ally was squished in the seat, trying to move around to get her room. She was panicking because she didn’t know what came next. All of a sudden her snowboard started to squirrel and it got heavier by the minute while she was squirming around. Her cousins were pushing her saying “Stop! Stop!” Her snowboard hit the wrong part of the chair and it fell off hitting the pole. She tried to hold on! Her gloves slipped and her butt fell off the seat. She had nothing to hold onto. 5...4...3...2...1...0, 5...4...3...2...1...0 She hit the ground. Her leg hit the ground right after her body slammed.

Tears start coming down her face but she tries to hold it together.  Her cousins are still up on the lift staring down at her. “Ally are you ok? Ally?!  Ally?!” “Someone, someone, our cousin is on the ground! Someone help her!”

People start running towards Ally, crowding around. Ally really doesn’t like crowding. She tries to cover herself and get up but she can’t get up. She is too hurt to get up.

The doctor comes up and starts to check her out. “Are you okay? Which spot hurts?” said the doctor.

“Ow that spot hurts really bad,” says Ally

“OK, Ally, I will check in with you after you get up to the top. If you can’t go down, ask Derek at the top of the mountain. He will let you come back down to me. I’ll be down here if you need me.”

Brady and Michelle piled onto the lift with Ally, trying not to crowd her too much, because they know what happens (and it is not pretty). Ally was moaning at the moment but Brady and Michelle knew what she was moaning about. They figured she should not go on top of the lift but they knew she wanted to, so they did what she wanted to do.

“Time to get off,” said Brady.

“Ow!” said Ally as they jumped.

“Put your snowboard on, Ally. Here we go,” said Michelle.

“Wait! I don’t know if I want to do this, my leg really hurts right now.”

“Alright,” said Michelle, “you can ride down Brady. Me and Ally are going down on the lift right now.”

“Come on, Ally, I’ll help you up the stairs.”

“Derek, can we please go down on the chair lift? My cousin Ally, her leg hurt, and the doctor said if her leg hurt then she could come back down and go to him.”

Derek said, “Of course, the doctor warned me about that. Me and the doc are good friends. No problemo.”

“Hey and if you need any help for anything else I'm here.

“Okay thanks so much,” said Ally. “Wow it's a lot more scary going down then up.”

“Alright Ally, let’s just concentrate on getting down. We don’t need you falling again.” said Michelle.

“Here we are!”

“Hi guys, I’m Steve. Derek told me you were coming down. Let’s get you to the doctor. We don’t want you getting more hurt.”

They took Ally on the ski wheelchair to the doctor. The doctor x-rayed her leg. He said that she had a broken it in two places.

“Apparently, when you were going down the stairs, you cracked another spot, right? And then you went down. So that is how you broke it in two places,” the doctor said.

“We need to go get my phone!” said Michelle, “and Brady!”

“Too late, I’m already here. You stay here and I will go get your phone. You stay here with Michelle.” Brady said.

Brady went to go get her phone and call their parents to pick them up. Meanwhile, Ally was in so much pain. They were putting on her cast.

“Beep, beep”

“Come on, Ally.”

Ally’s dad carried her to the car. Ally had to take up all the seats so Brady and Michelle had to sit in the back.

“Sweetie, are you guys ok? I am never going to leave you alone again. Michelle, from now on, keep your phone on you” Dad said.

“I just got so nervous. You guys scared...me. I just can’t believe it. I...you...I…I mean…I am speechless. My kid just broke her leg in two places. It cost me a lot of money. Are you ok?” said mom.

They arrived home by the time the sun was down.

“Alright, dad, help me out.” Ally said.

“Oh boy,” said Dad.

“I am so happy to be home right now,” said Michelle.

“I am so TIred.”

They got on the couch, taking all their stuff off. Mom and Dad made them hot cocoa and they talked about what happened today and how they were so proud of Ally by getting over her fear of going up the chairlift even after she fell the first time.

The Piano

                

     Many people don't realize that I like the piano. Also people don't realize that the piano is my favorite instrument and activity. Then many people don't realize that when I grow up I want to play the piano.

     The piano makes me happy.  For example, I like the piano. The piano makes me happy because I get to play my favorite peaceful songs like "Silent Night" and "Amazing Grace." Next, the piano makes me happy because I have been in a few piano concerts. That also makes me happy.Finally, one time when I first started the piano I felt so excited.

 I love to make music on the piano. First I like to make music on the piano because I got to play peaceful music on the piano. For example, I pretend to be an expert on the piano and play whatever notes I want.Finally, I play really cool and awesome music on the piano. After thinking about this I feel happy. I wonder if I will play the piano longer.

The piano is my favorite instrument. One time, I told my mom that when I grow up I want to play the piano. That is one reason the piano is my favorite instrument.To illustrate, I practice the piano every day because I love the piano so much.One time, when I was playing the piano I played "Silent Night" For my piano concert and I felt happy.

       In conclusion, the piano is my favorite instrument. After thinking about this, I feel happy. I wonder that I will play the piano for a very long time.

My Dad Loves Me A Lot

     It is so important to understand that my Dad is a special person to me. This is true because he loves me. I know he loves me because. He doesn't let me  walk in front of him does a lot of fun stuff with me. And he makes me happy.

One reason I know my Dad loves me is he doesn’t let me walk behind him. He wants me to walk in front of him so no one will steal me.  It allows him to protect me. It's a way my Dad can protect me and talk to me when we are walking on a busy street. I remember one time my Dad told me to walk in front of him when we were walking to the beach in Florida.

Another reason I know my Dad loves me is he does fun stuff with me. When we are in Florida we go to a water park everyday. Then after the park we go to a restaurant. My Dad loves the arcade a lot so we go there and play a lot of games. We also go go cart riding. My Dad knows I love Rockin' Jump so we go there and play and we get a T-shirt and socks.

The last reason I know my Dad loves me is because he makes me happy. He flies me down to Florida and pays for my favorite airline, which is JetBlue. Also he hugs me every second of the day. I love his hugs and they make me feel happy. When he is not with me he calls me a lot. He does this to talk to me and talk to my brother too. He wants to make sure we are okay.

I realize my Dad loves me a lot. After thinking about this, I feel special and lucky to have a Dad who cares about me.

THE BIRTHDAY INCIDENT   

When I got in the car after school I told my mom, “I’m so excited for my birthday party tonight.” When my mom put on the car radio. I was singing with excitement. My brother’s friends are coming to Rockin' Jump with me.When we got home we were loading the car for the party at Rockin' Jump. We were loading goody bags, balloons, and the cake.

When we entered Rockin' Jump the worker asked,  “Are you Morgan?”

I said “Yes”. My mom and dad were decorating the party room while I got my wristband and started to jump.

My guests all arrived all at once. When they were getting there wristbands on I was waiting in line to play dodge ball. I was excited to play. When we started all of the sudden a older kid threw a ball as hard as he can and  the ball hit me in the face. I was laying on the trampoline and every kid was surrounding me. My nose was bleeding. I was so embarrassed. My face was red. I did not know what to do?  I was wondering what the other kids were thinking about me. They might think I am terrible. Or I should never play dodge ball again.

A worker came and picked me up and took me to the party room. When I sat down on the green seat, my mom got napkins to stop the bleeding.

I told my mom, ”This is the worst birthday ever.”  A few seconds later the manager came in the with a gift card. It was a free three hours to jump.

I was so excited I said, “Thank you so much.” 

Then I told my mom,” I am going to play in the foam pit with my friends.” Then I was running up the staircase to the foam pit.

When I got to the foam pit a few of my friends were already there. Me and my friends were running on the wall doing flips and doing cool jumps in the foam pit. When the lady on the megaphone called us for pizza and cake we all dashed down the stairs to the party room. Then I told my mom “This is my best birthday ever.” The rest of the party was fun, and I had a great 6th birthday party.

Bermuda Is the Most Important 

Place to Me

                

What people need to know is that, Bermuda is the most important place to me. Bermuda is soooo fun. You can go to the beach and climb rocks take a walk and swim in the water. You will never get bored in Bermuda. The weather is so nice. There are so many activities.

My first reason that Bermuda is important is that the beach in Bermuda is so fun. For example, when we were at the beach you could climb big rocks. When I was at the very top I was to scared to look down. The ocean was crystal clear and the sand was sparkling pink. We had so much fun swimming in the water, the waves would crash against me. I had so much fun I didn’t want to leave. This shows me that Bermuda has something fun on the beach for everyone. You will never get bored spending your time at the beach.

My second reason why Bermuda is important is that you could take a walk on the beach. For example, I took a walk on the beach. When we took the walk we went very far I noticed around me that that there were different types of rocks different color and sizes. It is so fun to take a walk on the beach because you have time to talk and you could hear the waves crash against the shore and it is very relaxing. This shows why everyone should take a walk on the beach in Bermuda.

My third reason why Bermuda is the most important is  because that you can swim in the water. For example, you could swim in this little ocean of water. You can go on the rocks and jump in the water. There were so many different types of colorful fishes. You could go snorkeling in the water. In the middle of the water there was a rock that you can go on. I had so much fun spending my time in the water on the beach.

It is clear, that Bermuda is the most important place to me. After thinking about this I feel happy because I think of all the fun memories in Bermuda. This is an unforgettable experience to go to Bermuda. You should always keep in mind to go to Bermuda.

Ski Lift

I was in the car ready to go. The front seat of a white pickup truck. I was with my friend Hannah in Vermont. I was so excited about that.

“Time to go”said her dad.

“YES!!!!” I yelled. The fair at Mount Snow was today. ”I call  front!” Timber creek a place with a lot of condos in it. It is where we were staying and it was across the street from Mount Snow. There was no snow but it was very windy.

”Let's going on the ski lift before we eat okay?” I said

  “All right.” said Andy, Hannah ‘s brother. We parked and it was a long walk till we got to the ski lift.

      “Finally!” I said “Okay we got to get in line. “ said Mr. Gavin, Hannah's dad.

”Tickets please.” said   the Ticket man and woman.

”Here you go.” said Mr. Gavin. We ran up to the ski lift and waited in line to go up the mountain.

“Get on the green line.” said the ski lift operator “Then jump up onto the  lift.”

    We jumped up and... We were on the lift! Flying UP SO HIGH!!!                    

Hannah said ´´Woohoo! Sky, look at this!!!´´  

       ´´Whoa´´ I said staring at some beautiful trees in the background.

      ´´ Cool´´ said Gina, Hannah's littlest sister. Hannah lives near me but she came to the fair and she invited me to come with her in Vermont. We gazed at the beautiful blue sky. It was beautiful to look at the mountain above us.

     ´´Wait.´´ I said.´´ I think I see the peak!?´´ 

     ´´That's the fake Peak´´ said Mr. Gavin.

     ´´Hey um excuse me  Skylar.´´ said Gina ´´Look at that tree!´´

    ´´ Oh my goodness!!´´said Hannah. I couldn't speak.A giant tree was covered in bras and necklaces.

      “Um  uh  what??????? What is that!!!!????”

     “On a special day womae go on the ski lift and then take off their  necklaces and stuff and throw it on the trees.” said Mr. G.   

“Cool!!!”   said   Hannah and I at the same time.

Gina said,”Ew.” Mr. Gavin started put up the bubble that was surrounding the ski  chair.

 “ NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I screamed, putting my arms over my head.

    “Maybe?”  Hannah said

      “Fine.”  Mr. Galvin says, putting the blue bubble down.

I was a very nervous person. I also have braces. I do love sports though. I also love school. I have a puppy named Daisy and she's adorable. My favorite color is yellow and that's the color of my braces. My favorite sport is tennis. I have a lot of tennis skirts.  I also like neon pink  orange. I also run cross-country. Hannah is my best friend and she has a glasses and a lot of freckles. She loves dresses and sparkly earrings, and I like cool sneakers and Running t-shirts, but we're still best friends.

Her favorite color is purple.  She goes to Vermont every year. She can invite a friend every single year , too. Her little brother and sister, they are adorable.They love me. “Hey I see the peak! The real one. The real top. I see the machine! “ I said, pointing up to the top of the mountain.

     “Get ready to jump off!” Mr. G. said.

    “Wait!” I said. “Open up the bubble. I want to see what it's like.”

     “NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!”  Screamed Gina.

     “Sorry Gina.”  Mr.  Gavin said calmly to Gina.  he lifted up the bubble and we all felt the fresh warm air blowing on our faces.

     “Jump!!”  Hannah yelled! We pushed ourselves off off the lift.

       I forced my tired lips to move. “Hey look there's a restaurant! We can get something to eat.”

     “Can I have a hot dog?”   I asked.

      “ Me too.”  said Hannah.

        “Same! said Gina.

      “Cheeseburger for me!” yelled Andy excitedly. Just as he said ‘me’, it started to pour. Crazy pour.

       “ EEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!” We all screamed.

      “Hoods on, get going! “ Mr.  Gavin said. We got on the ski lift. Luckily, we didn't have to spend too much time on the stairs waiting in line.

     “ Jump!!!”  I   yelled.  We were on again. Soaring. This time it wasn't as fun.

 I was breathing heavily.

     “Skylar watch out there is A puddle on your seat!” Hannah said quietly to me. I was so tired and I didn't hear her.  But the next thing I knew I was hanging from the ski lift!!!                                                                                                  

         “AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!” I looked up I saw Hannah's face looking down at me while Raindrops splashed in my eye. 

        “HEEEELP!!!” I screamed. Everyone around me looked and gasped.  I heard whispering.

     “Pst,” 

   “Hey, look!”

I squeezed my eyes shut and scrunched up my chin hoping for the best.  I let go but it wasn't me that let go. Someone pushed my hand up and pulled me up.

   “Hannah oh my gosh thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!”I screamed.   “
“ I get the point.”

       “Hannah you saved my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can I not thank you????!!!! Thank you thank you thank you thank yooooooooooooooooooooooooou!!!!!!!!!!”  

       “Heh… Let's just get off this thing!! Am I right!?” 

      “ Of course, Dad. Now let's just get some waffles with chocolate on them.”

       “YEAH!!!” yelled me,  Andy, and Gina.  We hopped off the lift and started to walk towards the waffle stand.

What a day,  I thought, smiling.

The School Lunch Needs 

to Be Improved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Introduction

What people need to realize is that the school lunch needs to be improved. Kids  don't want to get sick from buying school lunch. Also parents don't want their kids eating gross foods. Next, kids don't want to suffer. Finally, do kids really want to eat bizarre foods?

THERE'S BEEN BANDAIDS IN KIDS SCHOOL LUNCH!!!!

For example, once last year my friend Oscar bought lunch. He was sitting at his table with his big slice of pizza on his tray.Then he  took a bite and his face started to look weird. So we told him to spit out his food. So he did we asked why his face looked so weird he said “ I felt a weird texture in my mouth so I spit it out when you guys told me to and now that I look at my pizza slice I see a BANDAID.” He was really grossed out and he never bought pizza again. Bandaids and flies in kids food are gross.  I think they should order food from a pizza.

THE FOOD NEEDS TO BE FRESH!!!!!!

Once,  I bought the school lunch. It was a taco with meat in it and the meat did not look fresh. It was slimy and it was gray, which is not what meat should look like, it should look brown. Also it was as cold as a refrigerator it was disgusting. My mouth was feeling weird and cold. A kid should be able to enjoy their lunch without feeling grossed out. Also kids don't want to get sick or get food poisoning.

Finally, kids should not have to suffer during lunch.

NOBODY LIKES TO BUY BECAUSE 

THE FOOD IS  FAKE!!!!!!!

Once, I bought there nachos and I got some melted cheese.I was about to take I bite when I saw something that was mushy it looked like it was toilet paper so I never bought there melted cheese again. They need to get real ingredients first off there losing money to buy materials for classrooms probably cause kids don't like to buy fake food also  kids will get sick just like they need fresh ingredients.

CONCLUSION

 In conclusion the school lunch needs to be improved. It is important for kids to have a good lunch not a gross lunch.It is also important because if you don't eat your lunch because it is bad you won't have enough energy.

Who Is Special to You?

Have you ever wondered who is special to you? It is important to know that parents are important and special. Parents are special because they take care of you and they make sure you are not sad. They will cheer you up if you are sad. I believe that my mom is special.

My mom is special because she is kind. One reason my mom is kind is she makes me feel better if I am sad. Another reason my mom is kind is she buys me cool things like toys and other cool things.For example, I really wanted a dwarf hamster for my birthday. So my mom said sure and I went to the pet store with my mom,sister, and dad. I picked out the dwarf hamster and then I picked out supplies for the dwarf hamster. We brought the dwarf hamster home and I put the cage together and I put the dwarf hamster in the cage. The dwarf hamster was so cute! I was so excited.

My mom is special because she is helpful. One reason my mom is helpful is if there are parties she will help out with parties sometimes. Another reason my mom is helpful is because she will help me with stuff. For example, she will help me with my homework.

My mom is special because she does nice things for me and my sister. One reason is she gets me and my sister pets. For example, she got me a dwarf hamster for my birthday. In Cape Cod she got me and my sister hermit crabs. For my sister's birthday she got a puppy. In conclusion my mom is special. This is an important topic because parents are special because they do nice things for you and they take care of you.

THE GATOR!!!!!!!

I walked into the garage.

 “THE GATOR!” I yelled “I am so  excited,’’ The gator is like a four wheeler but it is much much bigger and a bit slower. My brother got in it and drove it around the corner.

 “Yay!” I screamed.

 “ROGGER!’’ the engine roared.

He said, “Hop on it's fun!!!” My brother said with a smirk so I got on the gator. He stepped on the pedal and off we went 40 miles an hour.

He went right and then he banked left I felt anxiety rush past me. Oh no what if we crash? I thought and I was nervous.

 I screamed, ¨ssssstttttttttooooooopp!¨ But he didn't hear me! We were heading towards the barn! We made a sharp turn left and a sharp turn right BAM crash BAM we hit the side of the barn!!

The gator went up 15 feet in the air in flames. My brother 5 feet to the side of the gator and me 5 feet above the ground and I opened my mouth to yell but nothing came out.  I was bleeding a lot and the gator exploded and hit the ground With flames. I was on the ground bleeding with my brother 7 feet away from me lying there still as calm water.

Everything was so foggy, I was wondering why I couldn't feel pain .I was guessing because I was in so much pain, too much that my body capacity can not feel it.

I heard yelling I heard sirens. 

“This is horrible,” I thought they picked me up and put me in the ambulance.

The ride to the hospital was horrible. They were giving me all sorts of things. It was scary, Then all of the sudden my eyes started to close. I tried to keep them open but they just shut. It was black I wonder if I will see my family again. I hope I hope I hope I thought.

What seemed like to be days but only minutes, I was on the hospital bed with things hooked up to me and beeping noise. The coughing and hard breathing of other people.  That made it even more scary.  Then it was silent.  Then the eerie silence was shattered by a single scream followed a fast beeping fast fast then one long

beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!

Then I heard “he he he is is dead aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that made it 10 times worse and I fainted.

The next morning my doctor said, “You broke your leg, your arm, your foot and your wrist and you lost a lot of blood. You also you will be here in the hospital for 3 months and you will be in a cast for 1 year and a brace for 2. But you will be in good care.

Then he said a lot more. But I wasn't paying attention because I was thinking too hard about 3 years!! Wow that is so long but after 20 minutes of boredom I heard him say two things. “You and your brother revealed that you wrestled so it makes your bone marrow softer and easier to break, and your brother will be in a cast for 3 years and a brace for 2 years.

I felt so so bad for him so then I turned into my pillow and sobbed. I sobbed so hard so fast that the time flow by and by the time I got my lunch the doctor had left so then I ate my lunch. I got tired so then I shifted into my pillow and I fell asleep.

Then I had this really weird dream about flying a turkey to Turkey and I was laughing but then it turn dark things started to catch on fire I am so hot owww!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was breathing so hard my eyes opened my doctors were  all around me, I calmed down. 5 days later...it's been 5 days and I am still in pain but it is 5 days later till I get out of the hospital and that's good. The nurse came in my room to get my 3 surgery and believe me you do not want to be in one. Then the nurse brought me my food I ate and the eggs are really good here. Then my family came in to see me and my brother. They like seeing me and my brother before surgery. And in 7 days they will let me and my brother walk AND THAT IS SO SO SO EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will be the first time that I will be able to walk in 13 days!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Family came in and we talked about how I was doing what I was eating then they left. It was time for surgery they injected me with sterjiten . Then they gave me some painkillers. Sterjiten makes you fall asleep so then the doctors waited for me to fall asleep and once I did  they went to work straight away 3 hours later I woke up. ¨Yay!  I said I am alive!”  the doctors laugh.

7 days later. ‘’YES’’ I said when I woke up from my nightly sleep. “It is the day I walk agen!!!!!!! YES” and I get to see my  brother !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAAAAY I screamed. My doctor came in to talk with me but what did I care I just wanted to walk so he gave me my crutches and I started to walk. I was so so so so so HAPPY and I walked into my brothers room and I saw him on his crutches.  I smiled and started to cry.

Getting Lost at the Beach

Georgia wakes up with a beautiful view and her arms open the curtains. She sees the people on the beach. Georgia hears the waves on the beach. She smells the seaweed on the beach.  She touched the curtains and closed them.

 Georgia sees her clothes and she picks up her favorite owl shirt. She likes the owl shirt because she loves to study animals. She hears her mom say, “It's time to go!”

Then Georgia got in the car to go to the beach. As she was in the car, she hears the waves go crash.  She sees the birds running on the beach. She smells the dried up seaweed on the beach.Georgia touched the car window to close it then she got to the beach.  When they got there they needed to set things up at the beach.

Then Georgia said to her mom, “Can I go in the water?

 Her mom said, “Yes but don't go out to far.” So Georgia did not go far but she did drift far.She did not even know she drifted because she was having so much fun in the water.Then her mom looked at the water and did not see Georgia!  Her mom got up from her seat. She jumped and she was screaming “Georgia!” Georgia heard someone say her name.  She did not see her mom in her chair.Then she got out of the water and ran to find her mom.Finally she found her mom and her mom said, “We are going home.”

Why a Monkey Would Not Make a Good Pet

I do not think a monkey would make a good pet . I think this is because they're crazy . It's not a normal pet and needs their natural habitat. It is a crazy idea .

One reason a monkey would not be a good news is that it  well destroy everything. It would break all your valuables.

Another reason a monkey would not be a good pet is it's not a normal pet. So if you went to a pet store and asked  where the monkey food they'd say We don't sell monkey food.

A monkey as a pet you have to grow its natural habitat so you'd have to go a jungle in your house . And that is impossible .

 Those are the reasons why you can't have a monkey for a pet.

The Delayed Flight

It was early in the morning. Fred got woken up by his mom. His dad was brushing his teeth.

 Fred said, “Uurrhg, Mom why did you wake me up so early in the morning?!” 

 Fred’s little sister said, “Have you forgot we are going on vacation!”

“Oh yeah!” said Fred

.“Put on your clothes for today and brush your teeth,” said Fred's mom. Once he was done  Fred and his mom, dad, and his sister and himself went to eat breakfast .Then they got all their bags and luggage And got in a car and drove to the airport.

Fred arrived  at the airport his dad returned the car they rented. As they waited they waited Fred thought how long will this take?

“Ready to go?” said fred's dad.

“Yes!” said Fred and his sister.

Once they got in the airport Fred saw lots a lot of people.

“We need to go to Terminal B,” said Fred's mom. Once they got there they waited in line to through security. It took a long time and Fred got tired waiting in line his legs got so tired.

“Can I sit down?” said Fred

“Not right now,” said Fred's mom .

“Oh come on!” said Fred finally. Fred and his mom and sister got out of line. Fred's dad was still in line getting their belongings.Then they went  to terminal B.  They went to their boarding station number 26 and while they waited they had lunch. Fred and his sister played games. Later on the plane had arrived Fred and his mom dad and his little sister got in line and got on the plane.  When Fred got on the plane he look for his seat number 23.

Once Fred found his seat number he sat in his seat with his sister and his mom.Then on a loudspeaker on the plane Said, “We are about to take off.  Please watch this safety video then a miniature T.V. appeared to show the safety video. After it was done the plane moved into position to take off. Then on the loudspeaker they said,  “We are about  take off please buckle your seat belts.” Then the plane flew off into the sky.

It felt like leaning high.Then fred's mom gave Fred some gum.

“What is this for,” asked Fred.

“It is for it to not let a lot of Pressure in your ear,” said mom.

Later Fred was watching T.V.

Once they got in the airport.  Fred was staring out the big windows looking at planes go up and down.

Then Fred asked his dad can he use his phone his dad said yes.Fred was playing angry birds on his dad's phone.Fred fell asleep on his mom's lap 2 hours later Fred woke up his sister was already awake.

“How many hours are we are going to wait for?” asked Fred.

His mom said, “Three hours.”

“I'm hungry,” said Fred's sister .

“Can we eat?”

“Ok,” said Fred's dad.  So they ate a hamburger and fries and a hot dog after they were done it was time to get Ready to go to JFK a airport in New York City.  So once they boarded  the plane they took off in the night sky.

On the plane Fred sat with his dad and he fell asleep because he was so tired.  He was woken up by his mom when she said, “ Fred we arrived at the airport!

“Yay!”  said Fred excitedly.

 When Fred and his mom and dad and his little sister landed it was very early in the morning. It was like 12:00 in the morning! Or not Fred thought.Then Fred and his mom and dad and his sister came to a bus stop to take people to a parking lot.

Then the bus drove off and once they got off the bus then got their car keys and drove off to their house home.

My Dad Is Very Active and He Always Wants Me 

to Be Active Too!

What people need to know is that my Dad is very active and he always wants me to be active to. And it keeps me from being lazy and also it also keeps me in good shape (hopefully). If he keeps me active I won't forget stuff to much for being lazy and being a couch potato.

 He plays soccer with me yet he's still 60 years old. Soccer takes a lot of energy especially if you play two hours straight non-stop with barely any water. My Dad always wants to play soccer with me even if he's tired but if I don't want to we´ll find something to do. He plays soccer with me till the point we are barely walking.

When I play on my iPad without him for to long he always says ´´Come on we need to learn or play outside or something active.´´  When I play on my iPad without him he always says, ´´Come and watch natural geographic and put the electronics down your going to miss the animals. Me and my Dad stay up till 11:00-1:00 o'clock on weekend days playing something.Sometimes it will be a board game or a strategy game or just a game normal game. My dad always wants me learning. He's making me do coding on a website called Khan Academy. It’s a free place to learn.

My Dad  expects that I'm doing some sort of education and if I didn't at least do 30 minutes he'll make me do some later. He’ll make me do like an  hour anyway. Sometimes I'll be lucky if we just play games instead of any learning. My Dad probably woke up 20 times per 3 months  asking me if I did anything with a book to train my pebble (aka brain).  I say back to him at least a fly isn't controlling me with his brain. Even though we are barely going to use a Xbox my Dad said if I do four bulky school books and if I read two Harry Potter books I can get the Xbox. My dad had to buy a $2000 television for some reason involving the Xbox both of us think it's funny. My dad lets me go rock climbing anytime I want. He always wants me to be happy and active and he always teaches me new ways to get up harder walls he says I need to use my legs more.

It is clear My Dad is very active and he wants me to be active to (which I am). This is a important topic because my dad is a big supporter of mine and a big part of my life. So I thought people would want to know that My Dad is very active and he always wants me to be active too!!!!!!!!!!!!

Universal Studios Visit

As I enter through the stone pathway, I feel a rush of excitement run through me. The stone pathway stops and I see a sight that someone like me who likes Harry Potter has been waiting to see for a very long time. The sight of Diagon Alley.  To me it looks just like the movies. I couldn’t believe it I was standing where Harry had one stood in Diagon Alley.

My mom had asked me what I wanted to do first . I didn’t know because everything was going to be fun. After a while I said I wanted to get a wand and a robe after. So we turned the corner and I saw a sign that said Ollivanders craters of fine wands since 382 b.c

  After waiting for about 10-20 minutes we entered a room that was lit by one or two candles and there was a man standing behind a counter and behind him was a bunch of shelves that dusty and full of wand boxes  on them. My family and a couple other families were in the room. The guide that walked us to the room told me that the man behind the counter was going to pick someone to do pick a wand like Harry did in front of all of the family's. To my amazement he picked me. I was so excited to be picked that I could jump off of all of the walls. She told me that I was talented brave and had a lot of wit.

The first two wands she had handed me did not work very well but the last one was perfect. It was 10 inches made of Holly and had a unicorn hair core. After we walked out of that room and entered another room that was full of wands I kept the wand I had but my sister got the elder wand and my parents got death eaters wands.

Soon after paying for the wands, My sister said that we should go get a robe. We all agreed so we went to the shop across the alley. As we entered we saw robes, headbands , tie , and prefect badges. I am a Gryffindor so that the robe I got , My sister and my mom both got Hufflepuff robes and my dad got a Ravenclaw robe.

Are You Ready for a Swim?

  

¨Splash!¨ Abby jumped into the lake. ¨Splash!¨ Mia jumped in after. They were at Mia’s community lake for a swim. They climbed out and jumped back in at the same time. There was a big splash. They swam while Mia talked and Abby listened. Mia´s jersey was on the dock sitting with Abby´s adidas. White sneakers with three black stripes on the side. They were covered by a towel they did not want to get their favorite things wet. They swam for awhile then they went to dry off.

       They hopped onto the dock to dry off in the sun. They sat down on the lounge chairs. They were wrapped in a towel. They talked to each other as they air dried. They told each other jokes and secrets. “Can we please go back in?” begged Mia hopefully.

“I do not want to but you can” said Abby in reply. Mia got up to make sure her sports jersey stayed dry.

“Splash!!!!!” Mia fell in off the dock. Abby stood up and walked over. Abby laughed. And laughed and laughed some more then she stopped. She did not see Mia’s kind laughing face. She called for her. No reply. She panicked and jumped in to try to save her wherever she was. She was in the cold green water. She could almost touch the bottom. She swam a long way up to catch her breath.

       Abby was shaking so hard. Tears started walking down her face. She saw bubbles! Could this be her! Please please be Mia! Thought Abby. Her tears had stopped. She was struggling to keep herself up from the dark cold lake. Her arms and legs felt like they could snap in half.

       She saw a face come into view. Abby’s heart was beating one million miles per hour. A smile started to climb across her face. She saw red it got darker and darker as she swam higher and higher. Her face popped up! “MIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Abby shouted. “Ha Ha Ha! I pranked you. I got you so good!” Mia snorted.

“You did WHAT!!!???!!??!!!??” Abby shouted at her best friend. After a few minutes of Abby being angry and not talking to her Abby smirked. It turned into a smile and she started to crack up in laughter. “How did you do it?” Abby asked.

 “I was holding goggles” Mia started “And when I fell in I put them on. Then when you jumped in and I could see you were far under water I came up to take a breath then when you came back up I went back under water.” They walked back to Mia’s house and the whole way there they were laughing!
